in the release notes it says ' If you use S905X device with TV without HDR support the screen will be darker than normal on boot. It goes back to normal after you start/stop a video. '
For me I prefer the darker screen, ie HDMI color range limited and not full which is what it appears to be changing. How can I fix it to limited?
after a couple more days of using devel r23361 I have noticed the following :-
VC1 full bluray rips stutter and do not play smoothly (could be limitation of hardware?)
3D sbs rips when played in 2D the gui changes correctly but the picture is still side by side
Noticed a very slight flicker when watching 1080i football on livetv from a tvheadend server
Apart from that everything else seems to work beautiful. Great work kszaq.
Does anyone know the command to reboot to nand when using SD Card install. The confluence skin has it in the shutdown menu but I use Aeon Nox and it is missing.
just bought a Nexbox A95X S905X and was having this pink screen problem with my projector and yamaha av receiver, was about to put on ebay till I found this thread.
Using LibreELEC-S905.aarch64-7.0-devel-20161003204518-r23361-gb5788b7.img and the autostart.sh containing
echo 1 > /sys/class/amhdmitx/amhdmitx0/output_rgb
my picture is now perfect.
