Never mind the Dell XPS, I just found a galaxy book that works flawlessly with LE with an i7-11600H and 3050 Ti. Even though its probably way too power full, it still works

When I try to install Libreelec on to my L702X, the laptop fails to boot even into the USB and just says "Operation System not found." I already tried using the official USB creator and Rufus.

When i try to boot in to the USB drive on my Macbook pro, the Macbook boot menu freezes and gets stuck until the mac runs out of battery. I have already tried multiple USB drives, USB 3.0, and 2.0.
