That did the trick. I had toggled it before as troubleshooting but didn't verify if it had disabled, takes about 2 seconds to turn off and doesn't if you leave the menu instantly.

Currently using ethernet but wifi would be handy. It is an NUC12WSH with a Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz card

No Wifi connections appear in settings and can see it loaded in the logs
