Recently I bought a new LG C4 OLED TV now I have the problem that my TV/AVR turns back on after turning it off.

I found this TV/AVR turns back on right after turning them off but I am running a LE 12.2 and adding vc4.force_hotplug=3 to /flash/cmdline.txt doesn't work.

        Topology:

I have 1 RPi 4 and 1 RPi5. Currently I am running RPi5. But it's the same on both . The Pi is connected to AVR and the Output goes to my Hisense TV and a Beamer.

CEC is not working since the start. TV only recognizes the AVR. Can't navigate in Kodi with the TV RC.

The guys on the Kodi-Forum suggested to ask for help here. I found here that there is an interference because Kodi is using the CEC but don't know how to get around this. I need Kodi and it used to work for years flawlessly with my older Pi 3.
