I testet on both machines. X86 (generic) and an rpi4.
On both i cant install anything from libreelec. Others so "Kodi" or "Yatse" or "Kodinerds" are fine.
Wait for network is on. Ntp is sync and time is correct.

Unfortunately the Libreelec repo is down again. Not accessible via x86 or rpi. Not even for testing with a browser
