I'm facing a similar challenge with my Rock Pi 4 SE, where the MAC address changes unpredictably with each reboot and even during operation. Interestingly, this issue doesn't arise when I'm running LibreElec 10.0.4. However, with versions 11.0.6 and the beta 12, the MAC address inconsistency persists.
