I have 2 usb cards that have been formatted but they still have LibreElec on them, how do I remove these partitions? I've tried google but it's all gobbly gook to me, can someone please give me a step by step instructions of what to do. Many thanks.

Hi all, I'm using raspberry pi, I've tried to write LibreElec to a sd card, it gets to 97% then stops, I've tried 3 different cards, 2 different computers, formatted cards and nothing, I'm assuming there is a problem with the program, am I correct or is there something else going on? Even when I didn't know what I was doing I never had this much trouble.
