tried it numerous times just get the same error message it's strange as out of 2 box's i have one worked fine but the other gave this error.
Reading i around it seems to be a different chipset causing the issue hopefully will get resolved at some point got it running from sd card at the moment but would prefer running from nand.

Reading through that it doesn't seem as if the issue was resolved i have already tried other dtb.img's as well

Just trying to instal librelec to internal everything is running ok on sd card but getting the following error

i find the box must be in use Ex. try playing a Movie then it does not lock up with 8.1.5a and autostart. Please try.
Still the same for me with 8.1.5a
beginning to think its down to either an add-on or skin causing the issue as yours is ok

EDIT: Actually it is running better it was locking up but after a reboot and disabling background fan art it seems to be okay.
Just tested 8.1.10 on the troublesome M201D still the same locks up for me just moving around the menus
Only pulling the power lead will get it going again but locks up after a couple of minutes again
after reboot as it won't let me connect once frozen it complete crashes
Just updated to 8.1.9 on my m201d build Just simply moving through the menu on front screen causes it to lock up still the only way to get it working again is to pull the power lead.
Have included logs if it helps

Seems it has improved but still locks up after a couple of minutes of going through menus i have installed my own personal build though which has a few addons on but runs fine on a HD18Q box that i have upstairs
fanni m201d stability should be improved since 8.1.6.
Edit: whoops, not really. You can add echo hotplug > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_governor
to autostart.sh before I fix this.

Am i the only M201D user that is having serious lock ups everything seems fine with just kodi running but as soon as i put any addenda on it just keeps locking up.
Just installed m201d 8.1.6 build

Is anyone having problems with the m201D and 17.3 or above it runs but is always locking up on me
have tried fresh installs of all of the 17.3 and 17.4 RC build but it just does the same on both of my box's
can someone point me i the right direction to get the power down with the remote just to switch off the hdmi rather than power down the box its a nexbox A95x

i did have this problem once and the only way i fixed it was to upload the remote.config file to somewhere and then download it directly to the configfiles folder then reboot the box pm me if you want it uploaded to give you a download link or just set up an account on archive.org and do it from there
