Please tell me if there is any way to make libreelec friends with the ancient Radeon 2400pro graphics card or the geforce 6100 embedded

I understand you correctly that in /storage/.config/
should there be an rc_maps.cfg file? I have it there. And what should be its contents, I can not understand. I have:
# Keymaps table
#
# This table creates an association between a keycode file and a kernel
# driver. It can be used to automatically override a keycode definition.
#
#
# Format:
# driver - name of the driver provided via uevent - use * for any driver
# table - RC keymap table, provided via uevent - use * for any table
# file - file name. If directory is not specified, it is first looked up
# in /storage/.config/rc_keymaps, then /usr/lib/udev/rc_keymaps
#
# For example:
#
# driver table file
#
#gpio-rc-recv rc-streamzap streamzap
#gpio-rc-recv * justboom
#* rc-rc6-mce rc6_mce_new
#* * hauppauge_new

Hello! I'm trying to figure out how to set up LIRC, but I don't understand it at all. I currently have a PC with Libre 9.2.6 and kodi 18.9. There is no Lirc service in the Libre setup. IR receiver usb , identified by 'lsusb'. Tried to follow the instructions - https://discourse.coreelec.org/t/how-to-confi…mote-control/31 , but stopped at:
LibreELEC (official): 9.2.6 (Generic.x86_64)
libreelec:~ # systemctl stop kodi
libreelec:~ # systemctl stop eventlircd
libreelec:~ # ir-keytable -p NEC,RC-5,RC-6,JVC,SONY -t
/sys/class/rc/: No such file or directory
No devices foundI did not find anything about this folder, what should be there? Please tell me!
