CvH so i have to enter LE system using Ubuntu Live and edit the syslinux.cfg from that?

Hi, Im installing LE on a cheap $20 2011 notebook and connect it to a TV via HDMI. The audio delivered perfectly to tv, but the video didnt pop to screen. Im already test it on another OS, and everything work just fine, only when im using LE thats problm happen. Maybe someone have same problem with me or anybody already solve it? Any suggestion?
