Build with ATF 2.4 broken compatibility with other OrangePi H6 board.

For make it work I need to patch dtsi for use i2c bus with the pmic, default now is rsb.

But in both situation (2.7 with rsb or 2.4 with i2c) with my orangepi one plus board sometimes doesn't reboot.

I have no problem with LibreELEC 10.

I'm work on enable your work for Allwinner devices.

I already build it for Allwinner H6 and work fine.

My build is based on master branch, LibreELEC 11 devel.

If you like I will collaborate with you for mantain Allwinner support.

Edit: build for H3 and H2 Plus, tested on Orangepi PC
