I can't reach my server either, the problem is with the ISP: TTL expired in transit.
Edit (9:00 CET): The connection seems to be restored now.
I've got "ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED" in my Chrome and others, but USB_tool downloaded image successfully (probably it uses IP-address internally).
