Don’t use DRPrime on the nightly builds (I think is the solution). I have it off on my NUC8i3 NUCs and both produce HDR on my two TVs (one Sony, one LG). Nightly from about a week ago on both.
that's it, thanks a lot!!!

Do the current nightlies work for you?
My Intel NUC Kit NUC7i3BNK won't play HDR with the nightlies (whereas SMPs builds do) ... do I need the generic or legacy?
yeah, "normal" render works fine here.
Any news about HDR10+ support?
Thank for the answer CvH.
My Intel NUC Kit NUC7i3BNK won't play HDR with the nightlies (whereas SMPs builds do) ... did u do anything special?
Dear smp would it be again possible to make a new build (which includes the updates since your last build from 7.8.22) which will also work on my NUC7 as the build from 7.8. did?
Thank you very much in advance!
Try this one
Dear smp would it be possible to make a new build (which includes the updates since 18.6.22) of that (which will also work on my NUC7 as the build from 18.6. did)?
And a question (out of lazyness, because pressing a button on my remote is like heavy lifting *hahaha*): do you mayhaps know, why the "automatic" 3D switch isn't happening when playing 3D mkvs?
Howsoever: thanks a lot for you builds!!!!!!!
i have been testing a NUC11TNKI5 and having horrible HDMI issue's HDMI 1 is DP to HDMI via LSPCON and has problems with my amp and tv, and HDMI 2 uses a retimer and it wont change refresh rates lower than 50hz
ohh - that doesn't sound very promising
Just out of curiosity and cause I might be moving towards a NUC11TNKi5 (which does - according to the specs - support Dolby Vision).
Would your build with the currently enabled/patched intel "drivers" also play DV content correctly, as it does with HDR content?
Thanks in advance!
Maybe a stupid question ... is the whole HDR functionality (are the HDR patches) on Intel (e.g. NUC11) already part of the nightlies (e.g. LibreELEC-Generic.x86_64-11.0-nightly-20220626-17f7264.img.gz) or just part of your development builds? And if not ... when will they be included?
Thanks a lot!
PS: just asking because: I am moving to a NUC11 and currently cannot get tigerVNC to run (missing libXrandr.so.2) ...
