Going to bump this again by asking for a more up to date build with the HDR patches.
Assuming you are still talking about Matrix then an up to date link was kindly posted here ...

OK, my apologies. I just figured you'd be looking for the latest. I do have some of the older ones stored. I'll need to see what I have got.
So here is what I believe to be an LE10 build by smp from 25th July.

I too wonder if there are any working links for version 10 with the HDR patches applied?
I tried the version 11 one in the first post and its causing some errors with addons that results in crashes, which I assume is something to do with it being based on an alpha Nexus build. Library content seems to be OK. Ive scoured the forum and all the previous links that have been posted are no longer valid as far as I can tell.
If someone could help me out it would be very much appreciated. Happy to provide logs of the errors if that is helpful for development but from what I read that wasnt something that was being requested.
