Well I have it booting from power on and power reset on the RockPro64. The LE Power Off and power recycle works too. Everything booting as it should and GUI displays at correct resolution with CEC. What I don’t see is the LE boot splash screen during the boot process.
The RockPro64 had two versions, rev2 and rev3. I have the rev 2. The boards were advised as LTS 2023 and beyond (take that with a pinch of salt from Pine) so it’s difficult to tell where this problem lies other than early on in the boot process and the missing LE boot splash screen could point to changes in kernel 6.x which may have exposed the issues highlighted by chewitt above.
Happily everything else is working as it should and appears very stable now. Running 24 hours now and no issues to report so far.
I should have added “with kernel 6.x”.
One thing that got my attention was the absence of the LE splash screen during boot. Just the LE version name top left hand corner and boots through fine.
This was achieved by upgrading from 10.04 to 11.0. Still no luck booting to the LE GUI doing a fresh install of 10.95 or 11.0 though. Both on kernel 6.x I imagine.

If cold boot works and warm (re)boot does not work, it's either a PMIC (power management chip) or SD card voltage-on-reset issue.

LE 10.04 works fine on all boot options. This behaviour started on LE 10.95. I’m assuming the change to kernel 6x has something to do with this problem on this board using the RK3399 chip.
I tried an identical setup using the Rock64 (RK3328) and everything is working fine.

Screen remains black. Once the RockPro64 onboard reset button is pressed LE boots normally. A little puzzling.

1) Assume you checked all the obvious. Are you using DHCP or static ip addressing.
2) Are you using the correct user name and password in SSH and is SSH actually enabled in LE.
3) Did you change the SSH password at any stage.
4) What remote terminal/utility are you using to SSH into the LE RPI. Are the handshake protocols between the two correct
Post some logs so devs can investigate. You give very little information so don’t expect a solution without logs.

I got a new problem anyways my raspi is refusing to let me ssh into it, says no route to host even though i have the correct ip. I can access all the drives connected to it though.

Backup is stored in /storage/backup. As soon as the backup is complete go to File Manager and move the backup file to any of your attached storage devices. You only have to move it back to /storage/backup once you need to restore it. A real backup is one that’s NOT stored on your working SD card for obvious reasons
I’m going through a similar problem on a RockPro64 (RK3399). A temporary solution for me was unplug the HDMI cable, power cycle your RPI. While booting the RPI wait for about 6 seconds and plug in your HDMI cable and see if your RPI boots to normal screen.
