Thank you for 10.0.2 It works fine on my Raspberry PI 4 including Sandman's add on 1.4. 
The only missing is VNC service which has been excluded 
PKG_ADDON_BROKEN="Raspberry Pi VNC was removed."
I hope it will be added in some next release
