Will libreelec work with a Raspberry Pi (3 or 4) using a 10.1" Touchscreen Display?

I have USB dac working on a libreelec android device. I can control the volume in Kodi. Is it possible to set a limit on the max volume? dbmax?

SOLVED! Updated box with lastest libreelec. Tethering and remote app are working.

I have enabled tethering in libreelec settings. I try to connect with my phone and it never gets passed obtaining ip address. I am trying to figure out if my box supports bridging. But first.

Does the box need to be connected to ethernet in order for tethering to work?

I read this worked in another thread. I tried to run "ip link set dev wlan0 master tether". but got "ip: can't find device 'tether'".

This libreelec device will never be on the internet but I would like to be able control it with the kore app.

Oh ok. Does the addon work in older versions of libreelec? The only version I can find for my s912 box is the nightly AMLGX box image. I wouldnt mind trying an older version if it was available.

inputstream.adaptive is not available.

I have checked addons for updates.

It is not disabled in my addons.

It is not in the repository > videoplayer inputs.

Does this have to manually installed somehow?

I was just trying to install libreelec on a S912 box. The image I flashed to the SD card did not have a dtb folder, so I was confused. Once I flashed the "box" image the folder was there. The next problem was the file system corrupted error. I just fix that by using a different SD card. Libreelec seems to be running fine now.

Disregard. I found them. I wasn't using a box image. Now l'm trying different dtb's for a s912 box. I tried the q200. Libreelec did some resizing and said rebooting in 15 seconds but never did. Restarted the box and got a file system corruption detected. Changed the dtb to q201 in the ini file. Same error. Reformatting the SD card to try again. Taking a long time to write the img compared to the first time.

I am confused. The only device tree files I can find are dts files. I can find nothing about compiling the dts file into a dtb file. Everyone installing seems to already have the dtb file. But I can't find any??
