I'm wondering if adding "video=HDMI-A-1:1920x1080M@60" to kernel boot params in syslinux.cfg would help? Using the GBM (non-legacy) image would be preferred over the X11 (legacy) one.

Does AMD Ryzen 3 3200G / Ryzen 5 3400G cannot use the GBM (non-legacy) image?

update from 11.0.1 to 11.0.3 Generic stuck at the Versionsnr at the screen top left.

Libreelec Generic-Legacy 11.0.3 works fine.

not using LE10 anymore.
I have the drivers compiled for LE11 kernel 5.15.45. It should be compatible with LE10 if you are in the same kernel version:
