Hi, I'm trying to find what's the plan for upstreaming of the following patch-set for supporting higher resolutions with RK3328/ RK3399 devices:
https://github.com/LibreELEC/Libr…-rockchip.patch
It works wonderfully!
I've applied the patch-set to Manjaro's 5.15 kernel as you can see here: https://github.com/psstoyanov/linux-rockchip-hdmi-fixes
All 3 of my non-1080p monitors now work with my RockPro64 and Rock64:
- ElectriQ 27" 2560x1440
- Xiaomi 34" 3440x1440 (RockPro64 goes to UHD but works perfectly fine when setting 3440x1440@60 manually / Rock64 prefers 16:9 resolution for some reason - 2560x1440 iirc)
- Huion GT190 1440x900
The previous sets from Kwiboo have been archived: https://patchwork.kernel.org/project/linux-…2A&archive=both
As I understand, those patches are now handled by knaerzche - amazing work!
I'm wondering how a less technical person can help out for upstreaming the patch-set Would that be "Tested by" or similar?
Thanks in advance! The patch-set is ridiculously good!
