thanks for the reply i think i somehow my download had to be corrupt becouse when i downloaded the image file directly from the link everything worked perfectly with rufus thanks.

so the first thing that bothers me is that when i downloaded LibreELEC-Generic.x86_64-10.0 it instead of img.gz made img.gz.temp after download i tried to write both img.gz.temp and img.gz(i deleted .temp myself) and both have the same issue

the loading bar looks like this

ive waited for about a hour and still nothing i tried older versions of libreELEC and it still didnt work

the only thing that worked was writing a raspberry pi image but my pc doesnt have arm processor so its useless to me
