Hi

I'm trying to download the generic Image, it downloads but the app crashes when it reaches 100% leaving a temp file of size zero and not completing the download.

I am running as admin and I've tried changing where the app saves the file (it can write to the locations specified as it writes a temp file there)

Any suggestions? Can I download the image separately from the app?
