So looking at these docs, how would you go about converting them over if at all?

I've seen it mentioned that hdmi settings are now read by cmdline.txt, does this apply to all hdmi settings? For reference I'm using hdmi_pixel_encoding in my config and am wondering if it's being ignored in LE10?
