I finally fixed it, the issue was that when importing my library backup It did not automatically add my sources, thus preventing the vfs from accessing those areas.

I am unable to open the http links used in Kodi's webserver, I have tried
- Setting a username and password, results in the user and pass working for going into the web interface, but not for any direct media
- Changing web interfaces, no result
- Resetting the settings to default in the HTTP options
all attempts result in Kodi returning the following in log
CWebServer[8080]: request received for /vfs//media/Seagate_500GB/tvshows/Spongebob%20Squarepants/s01e33.mkv I was told on the kodi forums that the issue might've been because LibreELEC requires a username and password for the webserver, setting one did not work.I was also told that the problem might lie in the "Require Authentication" setting, however that setting is not available within LibreELECI'm running LibreELEC version 9.2.8 on a Raspberry Pi 3, Kodi is able to access the media in that directory fine.
