Make sure your TV is connected to the first HDMI port (on the RPi4/5 PCBs that's the one next to the USB-C power socket).
The commit you linked was an attempt to support CEC on the second HDMI port as well, but it was incomplete and caused more problems than it solved so we needed to revert it.

Starting from LibreELEC-RPi4.aarch64-13.0-nightly-20240904-fd1b4e2 my CEC stopped working.
I confirmed that it works for LibreELEC-RPi4.aarch64-13.0-nightly-20240829-b200261, but not for LibreELEC-RPi4.aarch64-13.0-nightly-20240904-fd1b4e2, the following nightly in https://test.libreelec.tv/13.0/RPi/RPi4.
Digging a bit in the GitHub repository, I found only one CEC-related commit introduced between 20240829 and 20240904, which seems to remove the feature introduced by this one. Could this missing feature be the culprit of the issue?
Would this be possible by switching to /bin/bash instead of /bin/sh?
Thank god I found this thread... I'm also experiencing these random reboots due to segmentation faults in libpython3.9.so.1.0.
I downgraded back to LibreELEC-RPi4.arm-11.0-nightly-20220212-d203600.tar, no reboots so far...

I am trying to modify the file /etc/inputrc in order to enable some auto-complete features to my terminal, but it seems that the entire file system is mounted as read-only.
What's the easiest way to modify that file?
