Oh seems with the last patches (maybe Rockchip: linux: add patch to fix RGB to YUV422 conversion in dw-hdmi · LibreELEC/LibreELEC.tv@8cce2e2 · GitHub) fixes the black screen on some emulators (especially Stella2014). Thats GREAT. Now i have ultimate entertainment platform even on my H3 orange pi pc.
Why is it beta? Nightly builds for H3 seems VERY stable. I have Pi0, Pi3 and i can compare.

LibreELEC nighly 9.80 runs pretty well on my Orange Pi PC (H3). And, fortunately, MUCH stable then Armbian (maybe last version fixed that). All seems ok, Video, SimpleIPTV. Only few things prevents LE from becoming ultimate entertainment distro for me (im retrogamer):
1. Black Screen on some emulators (Not playable).
2. Problem when changing aspepct ratio in emulators(stay permanently with low resolution), i fixed that editing guisettings.xml to this:
