Read this page. It seems the API has changed and the Qobuz developer hasn't updated the addon (yet).

Hello people,
I'm René and brand new on this forum. My English is not so very well, I hope you don't mind.
Today I registered myself on Qobuz streamingservice. It is possible to log in in my app on the mobile phone en either on my laptop in firefox.
It works fine and I'm glad with that. Now I want to let it work in LibreELEC. I installed the Qobuz-app but for some reason it won't work.
I use the same login as by the others so it has to be fine. What could be the reason for this?
