In ~/.kodi/temp/kodi.log what is the URL that the call is failing to?

Can you run a curl command from the command line to that URL on your RPi? Can you run it from another machine?

What is the date set to on the system?

Removed the addon from ~/.kodi/addons

and it was able to start again OK
