How to start a terminal on LibreELEC? I can't find the entrance to open a terminal window on the LibreELEC's GUI.

I install the LibreELEC 9.2.3 on my RPi4, but I can not manual set the ip address,below photo shows how I manual set the ip address,

I click the "Save" button,and restart machine,but the ip address is still unchanged,and the "IP Address Method" is auto,below photo shows the setting,

Why my manual ip address setting is failed? What's wrong with my setting?

Can I use ssh client tool like putty to remote control LibreELEC to play a rtsp net stream (or UDP stream, etc) ? If it is, how to do it?
