Hi,
I got a Raspberry Pi4 with Libreelec. I´m not too tech savvy but I have tried my best without success to play thing from my NAS (My Cloud Ex2 Ultra). Every time I play something it buffers every few minutes, or freezes and crashes. And it fails big time with large files (4k) doing it every few seconds.
So far:
*The problem is not the NAS as it plays without problems directly to my mobile device, Windows PC or Philips TV. All video files played, not buffer.
*The files are not the issue either, if instead the NAS I connect a USB with the same files, the Pi4 plays them seamlessly.
*Same problems with Wifi 5GHz or wired connection.
*I have tried to mount the NAS from the start, this did not make any difference (Mounting network shares [LibreELEC.wiki])
*I have tried to increase the cache, this did not make any difference (HOW-TO:Modify the video cache - Official Kodi Wiki)
Any suggestions as why Libreelec is unable to play properly from a NAS and how to fix it?
