9.2.3 still does the same

Hello, I am using an Asus Tinker Board (RK3288) for the Libreelec, while 8.90 is more stable for me than 9.2.1 both are equally freezing videos on any sort of buffering happening, The image stops, the buffering animation and percentage happen and then more than half the times the audio resumes with the screen frozen on the frame it happened, no seeking back and forth will fix it and have to stop the video, restart it and seek to the time with the Kore remote. I can bypass it on videos that let me use more memory for buffer (have set the memory to 384MB) by pausing and letting it buffer quiet a bit, but adaptive streams are nearly useless when the rest of the family uses more bandwidth. Anyone else is experiencing this or is it my board or options? Thanks.
