Hi, I seem to have the same problem.
In the LibreELEC Config, it does have the "Check Box" to activate the Wi-Fi, but when selected it doesn't do anything (The Blue "light" (Not that it is a light) to say that it has been selected lights up for a half a second and then goes back to the "Off" setting, so I am assuming that it has found some form of hardware but the selection to activate it doesn't do anything).
I have tried the above, (Just thought I may as well try it before bugging someone here) but it never worked, possibly, because the above was a different driver to mine.
This also worked in OpenELEC, but as soon as I installed LibreELEC I noticed it was no longer functional.
fjhd (assuming "Drivers in use")
OKVO (PCI device ID's)
FHON (What I am assuming is the log output of the devices)
