Hallo, I've this problem.
When watching old movie (2.0 audio) the sound come only from my Central and no sound from Front or Rear.
I have a Pi5 with HDMI cable to my A/V receiver YAMAHA. Number of channel is set to 2.0 and Passthrough enabled. The multichannel audio is very good but with the stereo source is not. Audio output device is set to: ALSA: vc4-hdmi-0 SAM SAMSUNG on HDMI. Stereo upmix is enabled.
Have you any solution to hear 2.0 in 5.1 upmixing?

OK, PROBLEM SOLVED.
The problem was when creating new profile i set copy configuration from master profile.
I don't know why, but starting with new configuration let the profile work correctly.

Hallo everyone. I have a Pi4b with libreELEC 9.2.1
I use to have two profiles one for movie and tv series and one for Animated Movie and Animated series.
I have the media in 4 separate folder.
I rename the master user in Movie and all goes right.
I create a new profile named animations, separate, copy configuration, start from new source.
Then, in the login page i'm not able to enter the new profile.
In optios, profiles i go on animations profile/contextual menu/load profile and then i enter in the new profile.
But I have the same media and if I erase the library (changing contents of the folders) it erase from Movie profile too.
I've always had kodi on android or PC and this operation was very easy and with no problems.
Can you help me?
