I followed the instruction and see attached error message i received
I am using NUC Kodi
VPN open manager is 6.9.3
also tried 7.0.4 version same
my Kodi Libre elec 11.95.2
also tried Libre elec 12
Unitil update to omega version my IPvanish was working fine
Any idea

I have updated my kodi to libreelec 10 and even 9.2.6
But when trying to add addons like Vpn manager or a new build getting error. Or any addon keep getting
“the dependency on kodi python could not be satisfied” Easy Kodi Fix
2.7.0 and 3.0.0
Using nuc pc
tried a few different addon no joy
