  • NETWORK (SMB) drive won't stop spinning when LibreELEC is on

    Setup: RPi4, latest LibreELEC

    I have a network hard drive connected via SMB. Issue is, it does not stop spinning when LibreELEC is on (even when I'm on the home screen). If I turn my RPi4 off, eventually this SMB drive stops spinning

    All solutions I have found so far only relate to making external hdd's physically connected to the RPi4 from stopping to spin, not those on the the network via SMB

    Any ideas?
