Filmon channels constantly buffering on RPi3/4.
I can watch without buffering on Ipad using the official Filmon app or on Windows 10 laptop via Filmon website without any issues so its not my internet speed. I can also stream 1080 movies without problems.
My guess is that the server used by the Libreelec Addon is heavily loaded.
Any ideas for a work around?
I managed to get the FilmOn addon to work by disabling InputStream Adaptive and RTMP Input but the FilmOn PVR still crashes.
I am also experiencing problems with using the Filmon PVR and the Filmon addon using an RPi4.
The PVR loads the channels as does the app but when you select a channel Libreelec reboots. I have tried to create a log file but when pasting I get a message saying there was an error and try again. This just repeats.
The PVR and app work flawlessly on RPi2 and RPi3.
I use a Raspberry Pi3 using Librelec 9.0.2
Until recently the Filmon addon has worked perfectly.
Nowadays it buffers/freezes or drops out completely every few minutes.
I can access it perfectly using the filmon app on my ipad or on my Windows 10 laptop via the Chrome browser so my internet
service is not a problem.
However, I have the same problem when trying to access Filmon using the Chrome browser running through Raspian.
Filmon support doesn’t seem interested and simply say they do not have an app for my device.
