kernel 5.2+18.3kodi,can not run docker [add on], intall it from zip. I can not see docker in servers add on.

Linux/arm64 5.1.0 Kernel Configuration

when 5.1.0 kernel is work, the BlueTooth Speaker can link the box, but it make soud intermittent.
