hope that the old topic becomes active again, as I have the same issue with my Pi 4 and Panasonic TX-P55VT30, 55" 3D Plasma, 600Hz, WiFi, Black Pro - digitec
We have also Custom EDID [LibreELEC.wiki] , but I am not sure if the RPi is supported there.
changed to EDID - LibreELEC.wiki but no GPU information given
LibreELEC:~ # getedid -help
/usr/bin/getedid create|delete|help
but
LibreELEC:~ # getedid create
successfully installed edid override for HDMI-A-1
Raspi Docu is probably that one Raspberry Pi Documentation - The config.txt file
from Pi4 without EDID info and can't read EDID - Raspberry Pi Forums I did
LibreELEC:~ # tvservice -l
tvservice is not supported when using the vc4-kms-v3d driver.
Similar features are available with standard linux tools
such as kmsprint from kms++-utils
LibreELEC:~ # kmsprint
