Problem was solved. I just buy new cable, and now all works fine.
There is no CEC errors reported, so it's either HDMI cable you're using (some of them don't have CEC wire) or you maybe you don't have CEC enabled in your TV settings.
Today i have tested two different cables on two different TVs. Samsung (AnyNet+) and Panasonic (Viera LINK) and have no luck.
Tomorrow I gonna test another one TV Philips (EasyLink) and buy new HDMI cable.

Where i should search a problem?
Simply_Kot Can you narrow the problem a bit? Is this issue present on all H264 1280x720 videos or only on some or only on one you have?
It's not only one bad video. All season don't rewind.
Can you please tell me what is the resolution of your video and which codec is used? Press "o" during playback to get that info. Is this happening also with other videos with same resolution and codecs?

Only solution is stoping video and play it again.
