I've finished the translation of some strings in the fr_FR language on transifex. I also made a request to add the fr_CA language.

When KODI est configured in French (canada), the LibreELEC configuration addon language is in eEnglish (it should be french). Everything work as expected when KODI is configured in French (i.e. international french), that is the LibreELEC configuration addon language is also in french.
