  • tvheadend VAAPI transcoding

    Hi guys,

    I'm running LE 9.01 on a Core i3-2120, and trying to get transcoding working on tvheadend streams. Ideally, I'd like to get H.264 VAAPI encoding going, but I get the following errors:

    2019-04-26 19:08:52.828 libav: Specified pixel format yuv420p is invalid or not supported

    2019-04-26 19:08:52.828 transcode: 0002: Unable to open h264_vaapi encoder

    The only video codec I can get working in transcoding is mpeg2video codec.

    Any ideas to get the VAAPI codecs working?
