ilchenko You don't want OPi to be turned off when TV is turned off? If yes, there is some CEC related setting which disables that behavior.
Sry. but can't find it in the settings. Could you point me pls?

I have one problem that really bothers me) is that I have to turn off the TV by remote control and Orange Pi 3 power off too!))
How to fix it?)
Who knows what the problem is?
I want to install Transmission from Thoradia repository but when you open show message
"Could not connect to repository"
already manually installed from the 9.1 folder

ilchenko can you try this update? libreelec-h6.arm-9.1-devel-20190619212548-10395eb-orangepi_3.tar
As I said in previous post, I'm not sure if this update will change anything. It has a possible fix for YUV to RGB conversion (current DRM driver has RGB output).
I tested it! All the same as on Android. Fantastic job. Thank you so much)

Ofc.
i'll test this today. Thx
The difference is very noticeable, details in the darker scenes are removed (with or without output). The original picture is very good. Good job in getting that comparison!
The good news is that the H6 is capable of the original picture (from running under Android). Did you use kodi under android or the stock media player?
if use kodi under Android picture is fine as original. This issue only under linux. I think problem with default gamma correction.
Use limited output.
I've tried this solution before. But I'll try to show what happens by example. As you understand the use of limited RGB does not return details to the image. After all the settings, the picture just gets worse. As if you do not compensate for the previous effect and impose the next on the image where the details in the dark areas no longer exist
Hello ilchenko !
Is your Orange pi 3 connected directly to your TV or you pass thru an AVR ? I have a Pine H64 and it work correctly connected directly to the TV but when I pass thru an AVR I have not images. I am curious to know if the Orange Pi 3 react the same way.
Hi, i have drictly conntection. When I get home after work I will try to take a photo of the TV to show the difference
Hi there! I installed the latest image on Orange Pi 3. All functions work great. But there is one problem. If you watch the movie directly on my Android TV with a flash drive picture is great, but if the same movie look at Orange PI 3 + LibreElec the picture is much darker. In the dark side of picture detailes not visible even though the setting of the TV brightness and contrast are at default.
In Kodi settings, I found a truncated RGB limited range (16-235) - this partially help me, but not completely from the default image is still much darker. How to fix?
need to adjust RGB gamma or RGB profile? Is LibreELEC have something it?
BTW, I'll get OrangePi 3 shortly, so support for it will also added soon.
Good news. Many people who waiting image for this board. Thanks!
Hi guys!
I cant find Nightly image for Orange Pi 3 on H6 chip.
Does anyone have it?
ilchenko currently there is only PineH64 image for H6 which is incompatible with OrangePi 3. You'll have to wait until it gets supported in kernel and U-Boot, but that should be soon (Google Groups). Of course GPU works or Kodi wouldn't run. HDMI audio works up to 8 channel, but no pass through. Currently maximum supported resolution is up to 4K@30Hz, but in the future will be 4K@60Hz.
thank you for your very detailed answer. we will look forward to the development!
Hi guys! Has anyone already installed the image on Orange pi 3? Interested several moments. Is work audio on hdmi? What screen resolution is supported? Is there mali support? Has anyone transferred the image to eMMC ? Thx
