I tried to make LibreELEC 12.2.1 run on my Raspberry Pi 3, but no matter if I use the upgraded installation (was 12.0.2) or do a fresh installation there is no audio output via HDMI.
In LibreELEC System -> Audio setting I see 4 ALSO vc4-hdmi devices:
- ALSA: Default vc4-hdmi, MAI PCM i2s-hifi-0
- ALSA: vc4-hdmi (), MAI PCM i2s-hifi-0
- ALSA: vc4-hdmi (vc4-hdmi), MAI PCM i2s-hifi-0
ALSA: vc4-hdmi (vc4-hdmi), SHP SHARP HDMI on HDMI
Based on the fact that the connected TV is from Sharp the last entry should be the correct one but I trid all of them and rebooted but nothing changed.
I also tried adding the following values in config.txt for fix hdmi audio:

config_hdmi_boost=7But that also had no effect on audio.
Is audio output via HDMI simply broken on LibreELEC 12.2.1 on a Raspberry Pi 3?
