Thanks for the update!
Thanks for reporting that.
Unfortunately my Zotac is supposed to be woken up by a flirc device, which means waking it up by keyboard. That is only supported on S3 and not S5.
Thats what I was doing the last few weeks. Unfortunately the keyboard / flirc cannot switch it on, when it is shutdown (S5)
The new miniPC I tried today is brandnew btw.
So I reinstalled 9.2.6 again and everything is working again.
Please let me know, when there is a chance 10 ist working.
Cheers
It seems S3 / Standby is seriously messed up on PC platforms on 10.01 as well.
I just got a new mini PC (intel Celeron platform) and started the live system from the USB stick to test the standby function before reformatting the ssd.
This time, Standby simply doesn't work either. The screen goes blank and then immediately comes back online when I try to put it in standby via the shutdon menue.
What should I do? Just go mack to the previous Version 9.x?
I'm at a loss.
Cheers
Hi everyone,
after using LibreElec for some years now, I recently upgraded to version 10, because most of the addons weren't working with the 9.2 version any more.
I am running this on an old Zotac PC Intel Atom D525 which I used up to now without problems.
Unfortunately when using Version 10 waking up from standby doesn't work any more. In fact the machine freezes when waking up and all I can do ist popo.
I would be happy to get any suggestions how to proceed to solve the problem.
TIA

OMG after I removed the commented lines it all works.
Thanks a lot for the hint!

Yes I have been using that AS file but the only thing that is still active are the database entries.
Kodi is running just fine as long as I don't use the wake server option. Unfortunately I need to wake the server during startup to get Kodi running unless I am missing something.
I removed the commented lines anyway.
Do you want a new log for this or does the one I provided suffice?
Additional information:
Using the WOL Addon works btw.
I just can't use it, because starting Kodi needs my centralized mysql database which is on the server I try to wake.
Hi,
unfortunately I have report 2 different bugs. I Also tried earlier 9.0 RC releases but the problems always are the same (I cannot use any older releases because the video chip wasn't supported earlier:
The first one, I don't know how to get log of.
After I put the NUC into standby it wakes up eg. by IR remote or power button, but the screen doesn't come back and it hangs afterwards.
Switch off and do a cold boot is the only thing I can do to get it back to life.
The second one is the Wake on Lan function.
When I activate wake severs in the power saving settings, the NUC crashes on reboot or cold start and then start to safe mode.
I see that Kodi crashes with a segmentation fault in this LOG
The hardware is a the avove specified NUC without any additional hardware apart from a Samsung SSD and some RAM.
I hope this enough information for you.
TIA
