Replace this file Sendspace.com Mobile File to enable bluetooth, wifi and ethernet on nanopi M4, maybe nano PC T4 ?
note : seens to does not work on nanopi neo4

I have a Nanopc-t4 too,
I have tested this image LibreELEC-RK3399.arm-9.0-nightly-20190105-df9076a-rockpro64.img on sdcard and works incredible fine!!!

Pegasus FrontEnd doesn't work ;(, but emulationstation works great.

I have tested on a SD card. I used BalenaETCHER to burn the image on the sd card.

I have two boards similar to your NANO PC T4
- NanoPI M1
- NanoPI M4
I was able to run my own Libreelec build with rockpro64 image, but also, with rock960 image.
Rockpro64 : Ethernet works, wifi doesn't, on both
Rock960 : Wifi works, Ethernet doesn't, no connection on Nanopi M1 !
Give it a try.
My image are based on 5schatten's LibreELEC RR
