Is there a way to run kodi 18 on this version? My tv scraper is no longer connecting to the server so I'm thinking an upgrade might help?

Ok, I dismissed all of the error messaages of it failing to scan and then it didn't even attempt to scan using the other scrapers I had enabled.

I have libreelec, running kodi 17.6 and for the past week The movie database TV Scraper has been unable to connect to server (the movies scan fine). I live in China, is the TV shows server being blocked? I've got the latest version of the scraper add on installed and even tried using the previous version, but with no success. It just says that it cannot connect to server.

I can't use other scrapers as these appear to scan after The movie database one which refuses to connect and I have to manually skip each tv program it can't scan. I also can't disable the movie database in the scanner settings.

Any advice?

How do I update to LibreELEC-S912.arm-8.2.5.1-444-1000nits.tar? I have 8.2.4.1 which was used to create the image on my SD card and it worked But 8.2.5.1is a tar file and when I use it to create the SD card it isn't recognised in the computer any longer?
