Hi I am running version D on my Wetek Hub from SD, all fast and OK, only annoying part is when I close LE it stops the Wetek Hub (fine!) but also put my TV in standbye. Is there a solution for this? I have Phillips TV. Thanks.

If you follow the installation from page 1:
For installation instructions refer to 7.0 builds, e.g. LibreELEC
there you will find how to deal with the dtb.img. It's in the section Device Tree.
My HUB is OK with this Beta2, don't forget to add the dtb.img from the device tree.
Thank you!! Great job!
kszaq. I saw your patch 'added a Python hack to improve 32-bit userspace detection in addons using platform.machine() (e.g. Spotify)' in the 7.03.012 version. Will you implement this patch also in this build, that would be great!
Hi Kszaq. I have this version on my Wetek HUB on SD card. This version is with Kodi 16.1. When Kodi 17 is stable, will this also be in this 7.03 build? Or is kodi 17 only in the 7.9 devellop build?
Thanks.
Hi, I installed on SD WETEK Hub the 905 version of LibreELEC, all went OK, but only Quasar is not working anymore. I tried all versions, but I keep getting error message: unable to find binary.
Does anybody know solution for this? Thanks. Paul
Hi I installed the build on my Wetek HUB with succes. Only addon that does not get to work is Quasar. I keep getting error message: 'unable to find binary', or 'kodi must be restarted'. any help on this issue?? thanks!
I installed the ZIP and all is running OK now. Also with the 'normal' Kodi addons. However if I try to install a specific build (like ****) no luck. It gives all kind of dependencies errors and I have to install all over again.
So, is this possible or do I have to install the build in another way?
Thanks for the help!
Thanks, I will give it a try!Not sure if I may answer, but let me try (disclaimer: I'm not the maintainer of this thread or have anything to do with LibreElec)
Android is an OS that is meant to run everything in an acceptable way. Kodi is one of those applications.
LibreElec is an OS/application, made only with the intention to run Kodi in the best possible way.So in my experience, LibreElec boots extremely fast compared to Android, and it runs the latest version of Kodi very smoothly, with a lot less limitations and more options than what you have on Android. If something does not work, LibreElec is being updated by many coders trying to get the best of their favorite piece of hardware, instead of people having to change Kodi to work around Android limitations.
If you want to run anything besides Kodi, stick with Android, otherwise go with LibreElec
Hi, glad to join the forum, i have a question. My device is MXIII 2GB, though a S802 with Android and Kodi 16.1 Can you help me what the advantage is of installing Libreelec on this? Faster or more options? Before trying out I would like to know.
Thanks!
