Hello everyone, I have a minix x8-Hp box and am having some issues getting the Libreelec to run. I have read a large amount of the 88 pages of posts and I thought I had it down but I am a newbie with libreelec . I have 2 of these boxes one rooted to 5.1.1 but would like to try this solution on the other booting from SD card with android still accessible.

I flashed my box with the Remix115k4.zip

android started let updates happen.

Unplugged Box and removed SD card with Remix on it

put LibreELEC-S8X2.arm-8.2.2-X8H-PLUS.img.gz to SD card using libreelecSD creator (on OS X)

added Nocompat.zip to SD

inserted SD card , plugged in box, held power button down for 6secs.

Blue light flashed on and off nothing on screen.

Did I do something wrong?

also tried toothpick boot same results.
