Ok, then everyone who has a RPi3 connected in the LAN will have lag in that LAN every minute?
I try it with different RPi3s in different LANs and I have the same issue.
When I disconnect the RPi3 from the LAN or when I it turn off, the pings (in my Intel PC) looks like yours.
I will try to ask some help in RPi3 forum then.

I dont know if this error its libreelec or kodi error but i have lags when my raspberry pi 3 is running. I have Libreelec 8.1.2 but with previous versions I has the same issue.
