did you just installed it and afterwards you couldn't download skins ?
just that we can try to reproduce it

It would be real handy if Kodi only shows skjins that were compatible with the version of Kodi you're running.
I assume you are running a development version of Kodi right ?
At a stable release it just show what is actually compatible. Btw if you did a LE 9.2 -> Master update and later downgrade to LE9.2 again you have the same symptom.
In general ansible should work fine, but you might be forced to write pure shell commands.
yea this is correct, as long it is correct at Tvheadend it works correctly, Kodi normally just grep whatever tvheadend has to offer
What path did you choose at tvheadend?
Could you make a screenshot from your settings?
but it some channels have another logo than in tvheadend configured
that is not possible if you only added them at tvheadend
but you might wanne try
not sure what you are trying to do
do you want to compile some driver for LE that is currently not supported ?
the easiest way is to provide the logos to tvheadend only, then Kodi takes the logos from tvheadend
this works perfectly
if you have the logos at Tvh and Kodi setuped you create a mix that might not work properly
The problem is the RPi3 (also 0/1/2) due its crappy usb/network HW.
The only proper working device at the RPi 0-3 is the RPi dvb-t hat.
What works:
- use RPi0-3 as client to a Tvheadend server
- use RPi0-3 as Tvh server and Client at the same device
In general don't do a Tvh server at RPi0-3 if you want to stream it over the network.
The Digibit R1 works great but also here is the Rpi0-3 not good.
The communication is via done UDP and not TCP that results in dropped packets/continuity errors. Workaround for that is using perexg firware for the Digibit R1 and activate SatIP over TCP at the minisatip settings.
Using Librelec 19.1 (downloaded today) on pi 4, wired internet connection
could you be a bit ore specific what you downloaded ?
because there is no Kodi 19.1 and no LibreELEC 19.1 at all
we like to go full 64bit but the whole DRM stuff is only available in 32bit so you would loose Netflix/Amazon/whatnot ...
Have you ever used it with TVHeadend server to watch live TV? If so, did you manage to get a solid picture and what are your settings exactly?
for Tvheadend you use plain default, just select your sources and scan for the channels
Tvheadend basically just directly streams the pure video stream to your Kodi client
A basic setup needs basically no setup besides those things I mentioned, main failure is that ppl start changing settings at video profiles and stream profiles at Tvheadend, that is not needed and not wanted for 99% of the users.
this time of the year again
hopefully final LE 9.2.3 images for slice are ready
would be nice if you could help testing
The Linux HDR support is still in development for every platform/driver. There are legacy kernels with vendor implementations (aka quick and dirty) that makes HDR useable for AML.
HDR usage today is quite difficult due a lot things are still in developement.
Yea clean install should fix it, I guess some of the shady repos pulled some crap that now stops you installing anything
can you try
1. reboot
2. after start try to install something from kodi repo
3. post a log
can't find anything obvious
It is mostly a temporal problem, if it does not work after 2-3 days something else might be borked.
An Kodi.log might help then.
