hmm maybe your filesystem is full ?
type df -h at the console, if not maybe there is some problem at the epg file, you can stop tvheadend at addons then rename (just in case) the epg file and then start the addon again

did you installed some test version i the mean time ?
you could manually reinstall it and have a look if it works
1. remove the addon (keep settings if you like)
2. remove all files at /storage/.kodi/addons/packages - if there is a wrong file already it won't get the proper file from the repository
3. install addon again

Looks like we are in Kodi 19 alpha land now instead of just nightlies
alpha is basically nightly in Kodi terms
thats why we don't release anything official yet, still too much changes

The whole AML stuff is already supported at LE Master for quite a while, sadly seeking/skip at a video is still broken at Kodi so a general usage is currently not really possible (RPi4 faces the same problem).

we are currently in progress in addon hyperion.ng to our addons, but current blocker is that dependencies are not compiling for generic platform, as soon this is fixed we have it at our addons too

just saying, the installation methode they are providing is very hacky and did a lot problems in the past, also they are not even using the default methodes to install it for completly zero reasons which creates a messy system afterwards
so don't be surprised if it creates any kind of fubar

The RPI4 has a new GPU that needs new drivers.
The 3D part is basically not yet done because the whole driver underlays currently a rewrite to use the linux defaults instead of vendor dependent approaches.

I mean a wlan power adapter, they are available for less then 10$ and you can switch the PC on/off with WLAN really easy.

I've experienced the same just today with the WSL2 version of Debian.
you need to check you run really wsl2 not 1 (uname -a should show 4.19 somewhat) also you need to start the container from CMD and not from powershell
there are still problems that stuff with ";" etc included does not work yet
